Privacy Policy

Role-play Connect provides a web application that helps Australian Medical Council (AMC) candidates practise clinical role-play. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, country, time zone and AMC stage.
• Practice data: AI role-play session transcripts, your custom cases, and the feedback generated for you.
• Payment data: subscription status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card number.
• Optional profile photo you choose to upload.

How we use your information

To create and secure your account, deliver AI practice and feedback, match you with other candidates for live practice, process subscriptions, send verification and account emails, and improve the service.

Sharing

We use trusted processors to run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Daily.co (video rooms), and AI providers (to generate role-play responses and feedback). We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention & deletion

You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time from Profile → Delete account.
